The Riad

Located in one of the oldest neighbourhoods of Marrakech, the beautiful Riad Tzarra is a serene oasis in the centre of the historic Medina. The Riad is only a few minutes walk from the entrance to the famous Souks and the World Heritage Place Jemaa el Fna, so you will never be far from the action.

The Courtyard

The palm fringed courtyard features a refreshing plunge pool under graceful arched pillars. The alcove seating area or “bhou” is the perfect spot for breakfast, afternoon tea or aperitifs. The courtyard is surrounded by bleached cedar wood panelling and is galleried on all four sides. Also located in the courtyard is our traditional Moroccan hammam, where guests can enjoy treatments from our experienced Spa staff.

The Salons

Our spacious, elegant salon can be found on the first floor of the Riad. In the salon you can enjoy an aperitif or a game of chess in the comfort of air conditioning or in the cosy warmth of the fireplace on winter nights.

The salon is fully equipped with satellite TV, DVD player and music centre. Guests have access to an honesty bar at all times and are very much invited to regard Riad Tzarra as if it were their own home during their stay in Marrakech.

On the ground floor of the Riad, overlooking the patio, is our cosy dining room featuring its own fireplace, perfect for intimate dinners.

The Terrace

Riad Tzarra’s terrace is beautifully appointed with tables, chairs and sun-loungers. Our shady pergola, complete with comfortable sofas and cushions, is the perfect place to relax with a cold aperitif.
